The Indian Masala House began with a simple idea: bring the food of home to Nova Scotia, made the way it’s meant to be made — from scratch, with spices we’d trust in our own kitchen.
Today that means a full dining room on Queen Street, a side-door grocery stocked with the same pantry staples we cook with, and a menu that spans Indian, Chinese Hakka, and Canadian comfort food under one roof.
